Mecks Ltd Return Policy

Mecks Ltd prioritizes customer satisfaction for all textile and outdoor products.

Return Conditions

• Products can be returned within 14 days from delivery date.
• Blankets may be opened, but must be unused and undamaged, with no signs of wear or use.
• Personalized products, including custom-printed cushions or ponchos, are non-returnable.

Return Process

• Submit your return request to info@mecks.co.uk with your order number.
• Once approved, ship the item back using Royal Mail or our provided free returns label for faulty items.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item is received and checked.

Exceptions and Fees

• Items showing wear, stains, damage, or heavy use cannot be returned.
• Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
